Football and booster club fundraising, simplified
Helmets, travel, and field costs add up fast. Calendar fundraisers let players and boosters share personal links so the community can sponsor days online—no car washes required, and no waiting until the campaign “ends” to access funds.
Booster clubs without the car-wash treadmill
Football programs and booster clubs raise money for helmets, pads, field equipment, film software, and travel to away games. Classic fundraisers—car washes, catalog sales, and cash pledge sheets—burn volunteer hours and still leave gaps when invoices are due mid-season.
A pick-a-day calendar gives every player (and eager booster volunteers) a personal link to share with alumni, local businesses, and family. Sponsors choose a date, pay online, and your calendar fills in public view—helpful for Friday-night communities that want to see progress.
Cash flow that matches football season expenses
Youth, middle school, and high school programs can withdraw as donations clear instead of waiting for a single “end of fundraiser” payout. That matters when equipment orders and bus deposits cannot wait for the final week of the drive.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and card checkout through Square keep giving easy from the stands. You pay a transparent 7.99% on donations received—no upfront platform bill and no product inventory risk.
